Cancelation/Refund Policy

The balance of $400 is due April 1st. If you paid by check and it hasn't arrived by April 5, I will ask you to pay by credit card to complete your payment. If I haven't received your payment by either check or credit card by April 5th, you will forfeit your $225 deposit and be moved to a wait list.

Cancellations before May 1st - a processing fee of $112.50 will be retained from your refund. We do not cover the credit card fees.  Also please check your school calendar for any conflicts. There can be no exceptions.
Cancellations from May 1st - June 1st - the full $225 deposit will retained from your payment.  Offering to find a replacement will not be a valid solution. There will be no exceptions.
Cancellation from June 1st forward - the entire tuition of $625 is non-refundable (retained). Offering to find a replacement will not be a valid solution.There will be no exceptions.
If you have to cancel due to a medical doctors documented injury - $525 will be refunded up until June 1.  
After that time period of June 1 there is no refund. No exceptions can be made. 
If cancellation is due to an ongoing injury that is decided has not improved enough to come to camp - there will be no refund from June 1 forward.

You must cash your refund check no later than August 1st. If you haven't cashed your refund check by August 1st, it will not be able to be cashed and a new check cannot be issued.

Registration Mistakes - If you accidentally sign up the wrong person, sibling, sign up twice etc and charge it on your card. We cannot refund your charge, you will need to call your CC company and get them to remove the charge.  We will issue refunds from a credit card charge for any regular cancellations.
