Hello! Camp is right around the corner. Everything you need to know about camp is on our Website. What to bring, registration, schedules, etc. Just look at the tab above and click!
Overnight camp fee is $600, day camper fee is $500. Please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org should you need additional information.
MEDICAL FORM AND WAIVERS
All campers must have a physical within the year (June 2023-June 2024).
All COVID policies will be dictated by The Episcopal School. We will updated this information as it become available.
Episcopal High School is asking the you please print, sign, and turn in this waiver at registration. Thank you.
We will have a certified athletic trainer present at every camp session should you require taping, sustain an injury, or need other medical assistance.
Our ATC will be available at registration if you have specific questions.
If you have a transportation request, please fill out this TRANSPORTATION NEEDED FORM. Please complete the form as soon as you have your travel information. We will be glad to provide transportation to camp from DCA and the Amtrak Station in Alexandria, VA. There is a fee for this service which varies depending on travel requirements (parking, location, etc.) and is payable by cash or Venmo. If you have questions, please contact Kathy Jenkins at 703-823-8983.
We will do our best to honor all roommate requests. We can only guarantee roommates when both campers request each other.
Names of roommates will be given out at check in.
WHAT TO BRING
**DORMS ARE AIR CONDITIONED AND MAY BE COLD**
1. Bedding: twin sheets, blankets, pillow, pillow cases, and towels
2. Bug Spray, Sun Block Lotion, a Hat
3. Clothes for 3 days
4. Toiletry items i.e., shampoo, body wash, toothbrush and toothpaste
5. Your stick, gloves if you wear them, cleats (please do not bring new shoes or you'll get blisters!)
6. White soled tennis shoes for indoor play and flip flops or sneakers for the dining hall.
7. Goalie equipment if you are a goalie.
8. MOUTH GUARD and GOGGLES ARE REQUIRED
9. Face Mask
Please leave all valuables at home. Campers might want a little money for the small camp store which offers snacks, pizza and t-shirts.
All Parents are welcome to attend all games.

This should be a fun and awesome learning experience for all the girls with a lot of players from around the country and top coaches from fabulous schools!
